Job descriptionDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction site management. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with Singapore’s construction regulations and safety standards. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively. Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage daily construction site operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Supervise and coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety regulations.
- Monitor site progress, quality control, and compliance with local building codes and standards.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project alignment.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates for management.
- Ensure workplace safety and implement necessary measures to prevent hazards.
