We're seeking a detail-oriented and

organized E-Auction Assistant to join our team! As an E-Auction

Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our lead

photographer, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries.

Responsibilities :

Support lead photographer in shoot preparation and

execution

• Assist with inventory management and

preparation for e-shop and auction listings

Handle customer inquiries, sales transactions, consignment

processes, and payment collections

administrative tasks, promotional activities, and marketing

support

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Business, Arts, or related

field

service, sales, or auction industry (fresh graduates welcome to

apply)

interpersonal skills

time management skills

independently and as part of a team

knowledge of art, antiques, and collectibles (willingness to learn

appreciated)

and Google Suite

platforms and online auction systems

(advantageous)

Benefits :

5-day workweek (11 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM, includes one weekend

day)
