Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering) MBA or certifications such as CPA, AICPA preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate planning, strategic planning, or financial planning Proven experience as a team leader or project lead Preferred experience working in overseas branches or global organizations Strong business analysis and strategic thinking skillsExperience in preparing reports for executive management Proficiency in English or a second foreign language preferred Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems
Job description
- Develop and manage mid-to-long-term regional strategies
- Establish annual business plans and budgets
- Design KPIs and monitor business unit performance
- Review new business and investment opportunities; prepare strategic reports
- Prepare analytical reports to support executive decision-making
- Coordinate strategic communication between HQ and overseas subsidiaries
- Lead team operations and mentor junior members (People Management)
