Pick Network is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) to deploy parcel locker in public spaces and operate nationwide parcel locker network. The network will deliver convenience and choice to consumers and businesses and aid in the transformation of Singapore's urban logistics ecosystem.

We are hiring for the following position : Social Media and eCommerce Strategy Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation : Developing and scheduling engaging posts, videos, and other content for social media platforms.
• Community Management : Monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community.
• Content Strategy : Assisting in brainstorming and implementing content ideas to promote brand engagement and drive traffic.
• Performance Analysis : Tracking and analysing social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Trend Identification : Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends and recommending new tactics and content formats.
• E-commerce Support : Assisting with tasks related to online sales, including product listings, promotions, and customer interactions.
• Other duties : May include assisting with email marketing, website management, and other digital marketing initiatives.
