Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and complete construction drawings using AutoCaD and BIM software.
Revise drawings based on instructions from Project Manager.
Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
Communicate effectively and work closely with consultants, sub-contractors and project team members.
Ensure drawing and design meet project deadline.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma in Architectural / Engineering field or equivalent, or BCA recognized certificate in drafting knowledge.

Experienced in AUTOCAD / BIM software.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in the Civil Engineering / Construction / Quantity Surveying industry.

Independent with good communication skill.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin Language but is not compulsory.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Meticulous and detail-oriented.
