Porsche Asia Pacific is offering a vacancy as Head of Region within its Sales team.
Porsche Asia Pacific Pte Ltd commenced operations on October 1st, 2001 and was founded to give Porsche closer ties with Asia Pacific markets that are becoming increasingly important. Porsche Asia Pacific supports the operation of importers and dealers in 13 countries : Brunei, Cambodia, French Polynesia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, New Caledonia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam.
Tasks
- Dedicated Key account manager to provide cross functional steering and support for Porsche Asia Pacific markets
- Manage cross-departmental Business Plans to ensure implementation of Porsche strategic and operational initiatives
- Manage and steer strategic and operational sales revenue streams (new cars, used cars, equipment turnover) to drive sustainable volume and business growth within the region
- Manage and implement strategic and tactical measures including use of incentives and marketing budgets to achieve annual targets and objectives
- Represent Porsche Asia Pacific at international and regional conferences and events
- Support the Director in sales steering and strategy execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related disciplinesIdeally 10 years of relevant working experience in luxury automotive, lifestyle or related business sectorsVery well versed in project management, negotiation, and problem-solvingHighly motivated team player with an open / growth mindset, and the ability to steer, monitor and motivate external partnersGood understanding of international markets, preferably with previous professional experience in a multi-cultural environmentWillingness to travel frequently
