Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle — from defining problems to launch and continuous improvement.

  • Opportunity to work on large scale digital transformation projects .
  • 5 days work week (Mon to Fri).
  • Hybrid Work Arrangement.

Responsibilities :

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining problems to launch and ongoing improvements.
  • Engage stakeholders and users to understand needs, define problem statements, and shape product direction.
  • Define success metrics and set up dashboards to track and monitor outcomes.
  • Formulate product strategy, hypotheses, and roadmaps to achieve goals.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop, test, and release products.
  • Measure results, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to maximize product value.

    • Requirements :

  • Degree in Computer Science or IT related tertiary education.
  • Proven track record of delivering business outcomes through product ownership.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus. Agile / Scrum certifications are highly advantageours.
