Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Changi – With Pick up in Tanah Merah (Morning & Evening) / If drive, free parking, Lunch shuttle also provided

Salary : Up to $3,800

Job scope :

• Manage daily operations, fault rectification, and regular audits of building and M&E facilities
• Attend to service requests (e.g., replacing faulty lighting, ceiling boards, minor repairs)
• Oversee contractors’ maintenance and repair work, inspect and approve work permits
• Support Engineering Manager in quality maintenance, regulatory compliance, and EHS policies
• Respond to emergency calls during and outside office hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Manage assets, equipment, and inventory of spare parts and consumables
• Monitor building systems (e.g., M&E, BMS) according to authority requirements
• Communicate effectively with management, internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Conduct investigations and implement corrective / preventive actions to meet cGMP standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
