Role Description :

The Retail Sales Assistant is responsible for day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and recommendations to customers.
• Assist in managing inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient ordering processes.
• Maintain daily housekeeping of the store, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the store front.
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions efficiently.
• Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
