Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Coordination with Architects and Interior Designers to ensure seamless integration of design elements and timely progression of work
Responsible for project shop drawings and detailed construction issues
In charge of all drawing development required for the project
Prepared detailed as-built / shop drawings for submission and interior fit-out works
Maintains, updates and makes amendments to drawings as needed
Performs site checking to ensure proper dimension, connection and detail for fabrication
Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards

Qualifications :

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Architecture or equivalent.

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in hospitality.

Skills :

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
