Roles & Responsibilities

Jobskipedia aims to redesign the landscape of recruitment through cutting-edge job portal that provides seamless employment solutions. We seek to implement courses for Adult Learners to upskill and reskill their expertise and knowledge.

This role will require you to prepare and submit the necessary documentation needed to obtain SSG funding. You would have to create a developmental curriculum and understand the fundamentals of SSG funding requirements and process.

Roles and Responsibilities

Course Development :

  • Develop and implement quality training programs that are targeted at adult learning principles where it meets Diploma in Adult and Continuing Education requirement.
  • Design course materials, lesson plans and syllabus to create assessment and meet the needs of diverse adult learners.
  • Ensure that there are alignment of the current courses with SSG funding requirements

SSG Funding Compliance

  • Prepares and submit all required documents and applications for SSG funding, making sure it adheres to SSG regulations and guidelines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to guarantee all documents are accurate and complete. Submission will have to be done on a timely manner to meet deadlines.
  • Keep informed of any updates to SSG funding policies and regulations to ensure that the funding maintain its eligibility.
  • Training

  • Ensure that the course materials created follows the feedback and industry trends to ensure we maintain our compliance.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and design training plans to achieve the intended outcome.
  • Develop a learning management system to ensure participants developments are tracked and updated to ensure its effectiveness.
  • Requirement

  • Possess WSQ DDDLP and ACLP
  • Proven experience in understanding the SSG funding process and submission of application.
  • Experience in curriculum development or any other related field.
  • Background in the HR industry would be preferred.
  • An comprehensive understanding of the SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) Frameworks and guidelines.
