What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the main point of contact for our exhibitors and clients, ensuring they have everything they need for a successful event experience. You’ll also work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to keep things moving smoothly.

Key responsibilities :

Onboard new clients via video calls and email

Manage daily communication with exhibitors (phone & email)

Track deadlines, ensure timely submissions and payments

Maintain and update exhibitor portal

Provide on-site event support (for larger exhibitions)

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service

What We’re Looking For

1+ year of experience in account management, client services, or sales

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Highly organised and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

Proactive, confident, and customer-focused

Experience in the events industry is a bonus – but not essential

What You’ll Get

Salary : SGD $3,000–$3,500 / month

Performance Bonuses : Up to SGD $12,000 / year
