Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the entire tender / RFQ process, from analyzing tender documents to solution design and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess feasibility and prepare quotations for tender submissions.
- Oversee onboarding for new accounts after successful bids, ensuring smooth project handovers.
- Manage project implementations, aligning with internal stakeholders, setting timelines, and ensuring compliance with customer requirements.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, focusing on long-term retention and growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, addressing client concerns and ensuring timely resolution.
- Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular reviews to identify improvement opportunities.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with key accounts to maintain competitive pricing and profitability.
- Engage customers on existing and new projects, driving collaboration and securing additional business opportunities.
Qualifications :
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Sales, or a related field.Proven experience in key account management within the logistics, transport, or supply chain industry.Expertise in managing tenders and RFQs, with strong contract negotiation skills.Strong project management capabilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.Ability to analyze complex tender documents and design effective solutions.Strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure.Tell employers what skills you have
