Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for project management of assigned projects to deliver quality products and services on time within budget and with risk management in place.
- Scheduling of projects documentation including preparation of site organization chart, site layout, programme chart.
- Ability to deal effectively with all consultants, construction teams, and relevant authorities.
- Good understanding of Authority submissions and approval.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities for seamless project progress.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in construction field.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
