Roles & Responsibilities
Our client seeks a dynamic Analyst to join a high growth working capital platform. This role will collaborate with senior leadership to support the deal process from origination, to structuring and execution of transactions. As part of a tight-knit, well positioned working capital financing business, the role requires a team-oriented self-start, who is polished and efficient when communication at all levels (internal, external and with third party service providers).
Primary Responsibilities
- Work alongside senior leadership to support asset origination and revenue generation efforts, anticipating the needs of the team throughout the deal cycle
- Support the APAC team on prospecting and Origination partner management
- Deliver client pitches to articulate solutions and structures which fulfills client needs
- Deliver market feedback to internal teams to develop or enhance product and systems
- Support end to end deal execution
- Work with stakeholders such as Legal, Risk and Operations to support the structuring of deals
- Develop internal credit packs for investment committee approval
- Lead deal documentation, KYC and credit approval processes
- Managing on-going relationship with the clients to spot opportunities and risk flags
Requirements
Qualification and Experience (Academic, Professional, Relevant Job Knowledge)
Relevant work experience at one or more of the following types of firms : investment bank (investment banking or leveraged finance), credit research.
Bachelor’s degree with an excellent academic record. Master’s degree / CFA is a plusMinimum of 4 years of Corporate Credit Analyst experience in a bank or financial services organizationProficiency in English is a must and proficiency in another Asian language is a plusAbility to work across different time zones as per business requirementStrong Microsoft Office skillsStrong analytical skills and multitasking abilitiesPrior experience of deal documentation, KYC and credit approval processesUnderstanding or background with capital markets, financial services, and credit products is preferredStrong project management and follow-through skills, ability to manage multiple projectsAbility to synthesize complex financial concepts and build financial modelsStrong team player with an entrepreneurial predisposition and ability to work independentlySelf-starter with a strong work ethic and genuine willingness and desire to learnTell employers what skills you have
