Job description
Job Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide / facilitate HR services in the area of recruitment, selection, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Facilitate and arrange for the application, monitoring, and renewal of NTS employees' work permits.
To perform training & development administrative functions and to evaluate training programs.
Arrange for workmen's insurance, security bond, and medical appointments.
Maintenance and upkeep of HR personnel files in the ERP System.
Generate monthly headcount & HR-related reports
Receptionist duties whenever required.
General administrative and office duties.
Other duties are assigned by the manager or immediate supervisor.
Minimum Requirements :
Possess at least Primary / Secondary School / "O" Level in any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
