Job description

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide / facilitate HR services in the area of recruitment, selection, benefits administration, and employee relations.
  • Facilitate and arrange for the application, monitoring, and renewal of NTS employees' work permits.
  • To perform training & development administrative functions and to evaluate training programs.
  • Arrange for workmen's insurance, security bond, and medical appointments.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of HR personnel files in the ERP System.
  • Generate monthly headcount & HR-related reports
  • Receptionist duties whenever required.
  • General administrative and office duties.
  • Other duties are assigned by the manager or immediate supervisor.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Possess at least Primary / Secondary School / "O" Level in any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.
