Job Objective :
The ICT Trainer will support Anchor Green Primary School in developing students’ digital literacy and technology competencies. The Trainer will plan, implement, and support ICT-integrated lessons, coding classes, and digital media training in collaboration with teachers and school staff.
Key Responsibilities :
Curriculum & Planning
Identify students’ Digital Literacy and Technology Skills (DLTS) needs.
Develop a comprehensive 6-year DLTS plan in collaboration with teachers.
Design related lessons for both direct instruction and teacher-facilitated delivery.
ICT & Coding Training
Conduct coding lessons and integrate technology into classroom learning.
Teach photography and videography to students in the New Media CCA.
Prepare students for the Our School Our Story (OSOS) competition.
Teacher Support
Assist teachers in ICT-integrated lessons and project-based learning.
Provide technical and instructional support during ICT projects.
Event & Technical Support
Provide ICT and AV support for school events (Photography, Videography, Public Address system, etc.).
Manage media-related tasks such as video editing, digital presentations, and multimedia creation.
Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Experience :
Proficient in :
Microsoft Office Suite
Google Workspace (Google Suite)
Coding (e.g., Scratch, Python, or similar)
Photo and Video Editing Tools – preferably Adobe Creative Cloud
Windows & macOS platforms , iOS , and iPad applications
