Responsibilities :

• Manage project timelines, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and facilitate team communication for sales team projects.
• Design and configure broadcasting and audio systems, considering optimal equipment combinations.
• Oversee setup, delivery, installation, and adjustment of systems, utilizing external vendors when necessary.
• Provide troubleshooting support, primarily handled by the Singapore team with guidance from senior members or supervisors.
• Deliver after-sales support and provide technical guidance to the sales team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
