Job Overview

We are expanding our HR Family! We are seeking candidates with experience in talent acquisition, business partnering and recruitment shared service in the staffing of professions - Nurses, Allied Health & Pharmacist, and Admin & Ancillary. You will also participate and spearhead HR projects as and when required.

Job Requirements

• A Degree and preferably with HR certifications
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a related field and at least 2 years of managerial / supervisory experience.
• Strong organization skills including managing workload and delivering a number of priorities with competing deadlines.
• Possess strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Have an aptitude for problem solving and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Good knowledge in data analytics, M365 applications e.g. Power Query / Power Automate, or using SAP SuccessFactors will be an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
