Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new project-based sales opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
Develop tailored proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers including procurement teams, doctors, and hospital administrators.
Provide product demonstrations and technical consultations.
Project CoordinationCollaborate with internal teams (technical, logistics, finance) to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise.
Contract NegotiationNegotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Reporting & Market IntelligencePrepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
