Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Proofread, edit, and review Science educational content to ensure accuracy and alignment with the MOE syllabus. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging learning materials that meet curriculum and examination standards, supporting content development from manuscript to final publication.

Responsibilities

• Proofread and edit Science educational content to ensure factual accuracy and alignment with the MOE syllabus
• Develop and refine learning materials that adhere to current MOE curriculum and examination formats
• Collaborate effectively with authors, designers, and illustrators to create engaging and high-quality educational resources
• Ensure editorial standards, consistency, and quality across all Science publications
• Manage content development processes from manuscript preparation through to final publication

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or a related discipline

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior teaching experience in schools or tuition centres, supporting effective curriculum delivery
• Familiarity with current local education curriculum and assessment formats to ensure relevant content development
• Proficiency in English and Chinese languages to facilitate content handling and collaboration with team members

Other Information

• Location: Near Ang Mo Kio MRT
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
• Salary Range: Up to $4,500 per month
