Business Analyst (Generative AI Platform)
We are expanding our in-house Generative AI platform, which integrates with external LLM APIs, AWS services, and secure internal data sources. As we scale to support more use cases and integrations, we’re looking for passionate Business Analysts to join our growing team.
- Working Hours : Mon–Fri
- Working Location : Pasir Panjang
- Salary Package : Up to $9000 (basic) + AWS
- Employment Type : 1-year contract (renewable)
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with business eams to identify needs using human-centric methods such as service journeys.Apply Design Thinking and Service Design to assess gaps, challenges, and opportunities.Translate business requirements into user stories, functional / technical specifications, and acceptance criteria.Evaluate and recommend suitable technologies for web / mobile solutions aligned with company strategy.Select and apply appropriate development methodologies (Agile or Waterfall) across outsourced, co-sourced, or in-house projects.Ensure smooth product deployment, adoption, and operations.Analyze impacts of requested changes and propose enhancements.Work closely with support teams to resolve issues during the Operations & Maintenance phase.Shape and validate new AI / ML use cases, ensuring scalability and data security.Continuously drive digital transformation opportunities within the company.What We’re Looking For
Minimum 6 years of IT Business Analysis, solution design, and testing experience.Hands-on experience with at least one full software / product development cycle (Agile preferred).2+ years’ experience in AI / ML projects with a strong grasp of concepts, data flows, and applications.Familiarity with UX design principles, web standards, application development, and security best practices.Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Certifications : CBAP or equivalent Business Analysis certification; Agile certification a plus.Proactive, creative, and collaborative mindset—thrives in fast-paced, outcome-driven teams.Why Join Us
