Job descriptionMinimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience in RF / analog IC design and in CMOS transceiver design. Experience designing sub-blocks like LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, Fractional-N PLL, ADPLL, and filters at the transistor level. Proficiency in using EDA tools such as Virtuoso, Spectre, EMX, HFSS, or similar. Knowledge of RF principles and analog circuit design. Good problem-solving skills Attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
This will be a permanent position based in Jurong East
Responsibilities :
- RF, analog ICs, CMOS transceivers design and development.
- Circuit simulations
- Work with Layout Engineers to complete layout design.
- Testing and validation of IC designs.
- Optimize performance.
- Design processes and results documentation.
- Design of sub-blocks such as LNA, Mixer, PA, VCO, Fractional-N PLL, ADPLL, and filters at the transistor level.
