Roles & Responsibilities
You'll be responsible for the below :
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost-effective and timely procurement.
- Handle sourcing and purchase administration ie issue PO and goods receiving using ERP
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records, including purchase orders, contracts, and supplier performance reports.
- Prepare work orders for inhouse production
- Monitor in-house inventory movement and planning of material for production use and trading
- Prepare monthly stock review based on firm orders and forecast data.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, and operations) to ensure seamless procurement processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and resolve any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in procurement / operations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel and Word
- Experience in using ERP system
