About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of ICT or infrastructure initiatives within a regulatory and secure environment. The role involves planning, procurement, stakeholder management, and leading project execution to ensure timely, secure, and compliant delivery aligned with the Authority’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery and ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget and aligned with business outcomes.
• Manage the full project lifecycle — from business case and funding to procurement, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables using structured methodologies (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Lead tender preparation, evaluation, award recommendations, and vendor management.
• Monitor risks, issues, changes, and dependencies across cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data protection frameworks.
• Manage maintenance and support phases, including SLA management, incident / problem resolution, and audits.
• Engage stakeholders through regular updates, progress reviews, and communication of project health.
