Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
- Daily preparation and production of cake and pastry products sample
 - Perform baking comparison test by incorporating emulsifiers into baked products
 - Creating new product prototypes and recipe formulation including tweaking the taste profiles of the food products as based on food taste test results / experimentation
 - Responsible for the conceptualization, development, testing and scaling of new recipes
 - To conduct sensory evaluation and approval of new products / recipes
 - Ensure good personal hygiene, proper sanitation and cleanliness of work area and kitchen tools
 - Decorating finished products
 - Assist in the modification and improvement of baking products to ensure it is relevant to the current needs of the target customer
 - Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior
