We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Recruiter to be based onsite at a major refinery in Singapore. You’ll drive full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles, from technicians to managers, and partner closely with HR and hiring leaders to deliver results.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Manage pipelines for critical roles in engineering, operations, and leadership.
• Ensure recruitment workflows and compliance standards are 100% accurate.
• Able to deliver fast turnarounds.
• Provide weekly updates and monthly reports to stakeholders.
• Champion a great candidate experience and strengthen employer brand.
