Job descriptionWith at least 2 years of ocean operations experiences in logistics / freight forwarding industry Knowledge of sea freight operations and Incoterms. Familiarity with shipping documentation and export regulations.
Roles & Responsibilities
Operations Executive - Ocean Export | Up to $3.5k | Changi
$2,500 – $3,500 per month (based on relevant work experience)
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM, 5 days work
Working Location : Changi Airfreight Center
Job Description :
- Organize and manage the export of goods via ocean freight.
- Book cargo space with co-loaders, carriers and shipping lines.
- Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
- Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and third-party vendors (freight forwarders, customs brokers).
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
- Any other adhoc duties assigned by management.
