Position Requirements
Sales Performance : Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales KPIs.
Strong experience in lead generation, closing sales, and client retention.
Experience : Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or related fields.
Preferably from industries requiring high client engagement (e.g., retail, hospitality, corporate services).
Work Commitment : Flexible to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required.
Ability to handle time-sensitive tasks and tight deadlines.
Attitude and Approach : Positive, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
Willingness to take initiative and adapt to challenges.
Communication Skills : Strong ability to understand and address client requests and requirements.
Clear and professional communication for reports, updates, and proposals.
Project Management (Preferred) : Ability to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively.
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
