Job descriptionProven experience as a cook and cashier in a food service establishment Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations Excellent cooking skills and ability to follow recipes and instructions Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Culinary training or certification is a plus Trained staff in food preparation and handling as well as other qualifications needed to handle and run a zha cai fan stall with minimal to no supervision Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications Health insurance and other benefits may be provided based on company policy
We are looking for a skilled assistant cook and cashier to join our team at our zha cai fan stall. The ideal candidate should have expertise in cooking and food management, as well as experience in handling cash and customer service.Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook zha cai fan dishes according to our recipes and standards
- Ensure that food is cooked and served in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns or complaints
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations of the stall
