Job Description : 1.
Ensure that the quality performance of chemical processed parts met
to the required specification and customers'
requirements.
2. Communicate and discuss with
customers and internal staff on the quality requirements and
quality issues.
3. Generate and review of work
instructions and inspection plans in compliance with specifications
and customers' requirements.
4. Compilation and
analyze of inspection data and report
writing.
5. Review of First Article Inspection
(FAI) parts and generation of FAI report.
6.
Feedback to QA Manager or QC Manager or Assistant QC Manager on any
non-conformance parts found in-house or rejected by
customers.
7. Verification on quality issues
parts at incoming, in-process or final inspection and RTV parts
from customers and provides necessary instruction to the QC
Inspectors.
8. Review the root cause, corrective
and preventive actions on the replied Continual Improvement Request
(CIR) and verifies that the actions taken has effectively prevent
the occurrence of the non-conformance.
9. Assist
for generating of Certificate of Compliance (CoC). For Certifying
Staff, he / she needs support the parts inspection in the MRO QC and
generation of the Authorised Release Certificate (ARC) and
Certificate of Conformance (CoC).
10. Monitoring
the calibration of measuring and test equipment, at prescribed
intervals, to ensure its accuracy and fit to
use.
11. Update in-house verification records of
measuring and testing equipment.
12. Quarantine
of measuring and testing equipment that is out of tolerance or
damage, and seeks disposition instruction from QA
Manager.
13. Provide training to the QC
personnel and assess their work competency.
14.
Assist QA Manager in the certification and customers' audits.
Perform internal audits as a qualified internal
auditor.
15. The Senior QC / QC Engineer may be
delegated with additional duties by the QC Manager or Assistant QC
Manager. However, such delegation does not relieve his or her
overall work responsibilities as stated in the
above.
Requirements : 1.
Qualification
Minimum Diploma in Quality /
Mechanical field or in any Engineering
discipline.
2. Experience
Minimum 2 years experiences in quality control
for the QC Engineer position.
Fresh graduate
from polytechnic or university is welcome for Assistant QC Engineer
position.
3. Language
Must
able to read and speak English fluently with report writing
skill.
Must able to read and communicate in
Chinese as well.
