Job Title : Junior Data Center Engineer (Fresh Graduates Welcome)

About the Role

We are expanding our Data Center team in Singapore and are looking for enthusiastic, committed Diploma graduates who are passionate about IT infrastructure and technology operations. This is a rare opportunity to enter the fast-growing data center industry with full training provided . You will work alongside experienced engineers, supporting critical infrastructure for global businesses.

What You Will Do

Assist in daily operations and monitoring of data center facilities
Perform basic equipment checks and ensure uptime of power, cooling, and server systems
Support physical installations, cabling, racking, and decommissioning of equipment
Maintain documentation and update inventory systems
Respond to on-site incidents and escalate issues where necessary
Follow safety and security protocols within the data center environment

Who We Are Looking For

Recent graduates with a Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields

Passionate about infrastructure, hardware, and hands-on technical work

Willing to work in shift rotations (including weekends and nights)

Detail-oriented and committed to operational excellence

Able to follow procedures and work as part of a team

No prior data center experience is required – training will be provided

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

Basic understanding of IT hardware or networking

Internship or project experience in tech operations or support roles

Familiarity with DCIM tools or ticketing systems
