Roles & Responsibilities

Are you passionate about education, leadership, and making a real impact ? At LCentral , we’re looking for a Centre Manager who can take ownership of daily operations, lead a team, and create a fun, engaging, and professional environment for students, parents, and staff.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Centre Manager, you will take full responsibility for the daily operations of your centre :

  • Lead the team : Manage and support teachers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Student & Parent Engagement : Build strong relationships with students and parents, addressing enquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Centre Operations : Oversee enrolments, documentation, fee processing, and general administration.
  • Customer Service Excellence : Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment for students, parents, and staff.
  • Problem Solving & Improvement : Take ownership of operational challenges, suggest improvements, and contribute to the centre’s overall success.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree holder in any discipline.
  • Energetic, warm, and people-oriented — able to motivate staff and engage students.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills .
  • Responsible, accountable, and solution-driven.
  • Prior management experience in a similar setting is a plus , but not required.
  • Work Hours & Commitment

  • Weekdays : 1 : 00 PM – 9 : 00 PM ( 2 Weekdays off ).
  • Saturday & Sunday : 8 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM ( both days are weekends compulsory ).
