Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
Ø To independently provide corporate secretarial services to clients
Ø To oversee / mentor junior members of the team
Ø Handling a portfolio of clients and a full range of activities including, but not limited to, organising board / board committee meetings, taking minutes of meeting, attending to board resolutions, ACRA filings, amongst other tasks assigned
Ø Contributing to the management and growth of a team of effective professionals to serve clients’ needs, including work review, coaching and staff development
Ø Provide advice to clients on corporate secretarial matters
Ø Manage clients’ deliverables to ensure that agreed timeline is met
Ø Other matters as may be assigned or may arise from time to time relating to the delivery of services to the client
Requirements :
Ø Degree in Business Administration / Commerce
Ø Min 5 years of corporate secretarial experience, including as named company secretary, and currently operating in managerial capacity
Ø Sound understanding of Singapore Companies Act. A high degree of professionalism, ability to communicate with various level of management, integrity as well as processing decision-making skills.
Ø Having had some exposure to financial industry would be useful
