Job descriptionApproach and plan definition, status tracking, issue and risk identification and resolution, resource planning, and governance execution. Ability to understand and handle the client's banking system development or implementation project. Plan, initiate, manage, lead and execute system consulting and development projects. Grasp the plan and situation and create and explain report materials. Understand and manage the full software development life cycle. Project Management Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in directing and managing project development from initiation to completion. Must have experinces on financial markets Strong background in cybersecurity in finance market or finance company Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (e.g., Entra ID / Azure AD, PIM) Experience with Microsoft Defender products Experience operating Zscaler solutions (e.g., ZIA, ZPA) Able to communicate in business level Japanese in reading, writing, and speaking to communicate with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Highly self-driven and enthusiastic, capable of working effectively with teams of varying IT skill levels and cultural backgrounds Ability to manage project planning for all short-, medium-, and long-term. Strong analytical and conceptualization skills to develop solutions for complex business challenges. Industry Knowledge : Banking operations or systems knowledge and experience preferred. Scripting and automation using PowerShell / CLI. Solid understanding of Zero Trust Architecture and security best practices.
