Job descriptionA massage certification and experience in hair therapy are preferred (training will be provided for those without prior experience). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, service-oriented, patient, and detail-minded. Hardworking, responsible, with good personal qualities, professionalism, and ethics. Cheerful, positive, and a strong team player. Able to communicate in Chinese; must be a Singapore Citizen or Malaysia Permanent Resident (Female candidates only).

Job Responsibilities
- Focus on providing excellent treatment services, without hard-selling of packages; performance is based on the quality of service and customer flow.
- Provide professional hair therapy, wellness, facial, and spa services to customers.
- Uphold professional ethics, deliver courteous service, maintain high standards of beauty and wellness treatments, and protect the company’s reputation.
- Participate in daily team briefings, adhere to work schedules, and fulfil monthly work plans.
- Work closely with the team to provide excellent customer reception, ensuring a positive customer experience and satisfaction.
