A day in the life of an Assistant Manager - Category Development..

• Lead category & channel thinking of the commercial team, with responsibility in developing and implementing category strategies within channels; with a horizon of 12-36 months
• Support marketing in developing category strategies with a horizon of 12-36 months
• Develop the point of purchase strategies and standards for each channel category, incorporating the POP Drivers
• Shopper ownership through route to market
• Ensure compliance / provide support to all quality related activities identified in the NQMS Process Descriptions and Support Process Descriptions
• Ensure compliance / provide support to all OHS related activities identified in OHSAS manual Clause 4.4.1
