Plan, coordinate, and execute innovation projects and events within Kwong Wai Shiu Academy, supported by the necessary KWSH Staff and Departments. The role focuses on liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners (including but not limited to government agencies, research partners, startups, technology vendors, community organisations, and healthcare providers), design, pilot, and bring to regular use solutions that improve the quality of aged care services, strengthen community care, and enhance workforce capability.
Responsibilities
Project Planning & Delivery
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
Coordinate pilots, trials, and research studies related to aged care innovations and service models.
Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with, and foster collaboration across, departments, clinical teams, caregivers, patients, families, and external partners.
Act as a liaison between KWSH leadership, project partners, and funders such as AIC, MOH, or philanthropic donors.
Innovation Implementation
Support identification, evaluation, and implementation of new technologies and models relevant to aged and community care (e.g., digital health, robotics, AI, telehealth, smart monitoring).
Manage change management and adoption strategies.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Define outcome metrics tied to quality of care, patient experience, staff productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Track project progress and evaluate pilot effectiveness with measurable outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in project management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management experience, ideally in healthcare, aged care, or innovation.
Ability to work independently.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
Familiarity with innovation, and private and government funding frameworks (e.g. AIC, MOH, Temasek Foundation, etc.) highly desirable.
