Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinic Assistant to support daily operations at our healthcare clinic. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating documentation, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide daily support to the department, include preparing of the documents and reports
• Receive, screen and register patients into the clinical system
• Address any inquires / feedback or any other concerns from patients
• Arranges for prescribed laboratory tests, specialist referrals and / or any other procedures
• Obtains and verifies patient billing information before collecting
