Job descriptionMaintain training records and track effectiveness and compliance (e.g. BCLS / ACLS) Assist in coordination and registration of external training programs Communicate training schedules promptly to stakeholders Process and track training invoices accurately Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned Minimum A’level or Diploma Proficient in Microsoft Office Organized, with administrative experience Good communication skills and able to work independently and in a team
Roles & Responsibilities
3-month contract | $11 / hour
Location : Novena
Working Hours :
- Mon–Thu : 8 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM
- Fri : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM (1-hour lunch break)
