Job Description
- Administration of private family trusts and underlying companies
- Liaise with clients in the process of carrying out trust administration duties
- Perform periodic reviews of structures in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures
- Liaise with bankers to open bank / investment / brokerage accounts
- Periodic review of due diligence policy and other policies
- Monitor MAS statutory filing deadlines
- Act as Resident Manager of the Trust Company and / or provide director services of various Singapore client entities (if required)
- A member of Client Acceptance Committee
