About the TIG Collaboration Centre
The Centre is a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, collaborating with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). It serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation, bringing local and international cybersecurity stakeholders—industry, academia, professionals, and government—to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation.
Job Description
As we expand our strategic programmes and partner collaborations, we're looking for a Community & Partnerships Manager who can deepen relationships, co‐create meaningful initiatives, and represent the TIG Centre. You will support engagement through dynamic content creation, strategic outreach, and creative communications that bring our brand and programmes to life. This role blends digital fluency with a deep understanding of community dynamics.
Duties and Responsibilities
Website and Digital Presence Management : Manage the content of the Centre's website, and track metrics and milestones across our web portal.
Community Engagement & Storytelling : Collaborate with startups, mentors, and alumni to spotlight founder journeys, programme highlights, and key ecosystem narratives. Develop authentic content that resonates with founders, students, and partners.
Social & Digital Outreach : Run the Centre's digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, EDMs) and design campaign strategies for event recruitment, startup features, and brand positioning.
Visual Content Creation : Design digital collaterals, event posters, and content visuals using Canva or similar tools, ensuring alignment with the Centre's evolving brand identity and best practices.
On‐ground Activation : Support physical community engagement through event branding, founder outreach, and centre‐level visibility across the Centre and NUS i3.
Collaborative Campaigns : Work closely with the Community & Incubation teams to execute campaign needs tied to programme launches, demo days, exhibitions, and regional ecosystem events.
Industry Insights : Monitor startup and innovation trends, helping shape content, campaigns, and formats that anticipate and meet founder needs.
Requirements
At least 3‐4 years of experience in community engagement, digital communications, or programme support—ideally in startup, tech, or creative environments.
Strong writing and content design skills; familiarity with Canva, social tools, and newsletter platforms.
Keen eye for visual storytelling and audience engagement.
Able to balance creativity with execution—meeting deadlines while staying flexible.
Comfortable with ambiguity, thrives in fast‐paced environments, and deeply aligned with the values of community‐building and entrepreneurship.
