Account Executive (Up to $4000 / 5 Days / Tuas)

Overview

Job Title : Account Executive ID9002 (Manufacturing Company)

Location : Tuas

Working Hours : Monday- Friday 8 : 15am-5 : 30pm

Salary : $3000-$4000

Responsibilities

Handle full set of accounts

Check supplier's invoices & seeks approval before process payment

Able to handle AP / AR / GST functions

Petty cash reimbursement

Monthly bank reconciliations & prepare weekly bank balance report

Maintain proper documentation and filing for Audit and Tax purposes

Assist with the preparation of month-end closing and year-end audits

Participate in stock take events and inventory related matters

Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications

Min diploma in accounting with 1 year of acc experience in SG
