Job descriptionThis role will gain hands-on experience and knowledge of all areas of the business by being assigned to different departments, before being placed in a suitable role permanently. The purpose of the program is to provide the employee with a comprehensive understanding of the business. To participate in business negotiations and building of relationships with core clients and vendors. Assist the directors with the execution on various key business decisions. High-performing individuals can take a fast-track route to a leadership position. There is a possibility to be involved with regional growth or other businesses within the same group. Other ad-hoc duties apply Minimum Degree in Business Administration of Management Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational skills The potential candidate must be motivated to stay ahead by keeping up with the latest technological advancements and market trends.
