Job Scope and Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy Development
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Identify and engage new business prospects to build a strong sales pipeline.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Conduct client needs analysis to provide tailored solutions.Sales Target Achievement
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.Monitor and report on sales performance, implementing improvement strategies where necessary.Team Leadership and Mentoring
Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales team members.Mentor and coach team members to enhance sales performance and product knowledge.Negotiation and Closing Deals
Lead high-value negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and sales presentations to clients.Market and Product Expertise
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, company products, and competitors.Act as a product specialist, clearly communicating the value proposition to clients.Reporting and Feedback
Provide regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting progress, achievements, and challenges.Offer actionable insights to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.Requirements :
At least 2-3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Experience in leadership and mentoring of sales teams is an advantage.Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Willingness to travel for business needs as required.Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.Tell employers what skills you have
