Job descriptionSupport GT & MT Accounts : Assist in executing business plans and promotional calendars for General Trade and Modern Trade retail customers. Sales & Merchandising Coordination : Work closely with operations and merchandisers to drive sales growth and in-store visibility. Customer Relationship Management : Act as a daily contact for assigned GT clients, maintaining strong relationships and supporting store onboarding. Pricing & Promotion Records : Maintain accurate records of pricing, trading terms, listings, and promotional agreements. Sales & Stock Monitoring : Track sales performance, stock availability, and promotion results to support planning and demand forecasting. Order & Delivery Coordination : Liaise with supply chain and commercial teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and execution. Reporting & Insights : Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and customer review inputs using performance data and market feedback. Administrative Support : Handle meeting documentation, follow-ups, and assist in preparing forecasts and account plans.
