Job Description :
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Building Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting projects and take pride in delivering high-quality results. This position involves preparing surfaces, mixing paints, applying coats, and ensuring a clean and professional finish on all jobs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming.
- Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Mix and match paint colors for proper texture and shade.
- Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers.
- Protect adjacent surfaces with drop cloths and masking tape.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety and environmental regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.
