The Role

Responsibilities :

  • Handle account reviews, KYC, and document management.
  • Coordinate billing, payments, and MIS reporting.
  • Track SLAs and respond to account-related inquiries.
  • Perform administrative tasks and upload documents to the system.

Ideal Profile

Requirements :

  • Secondary education or higher.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
