We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Broker to support our broking team in managing client portfolios, preparing proposals, and coordinating transactions. Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Support
- Assist brokers in preparing quotations, proposals, and policy documentation.
 - Coordinate with insurers, underwriters, and clients to gather required information.
 - Support client onboarding, renewal processes, and policy servicing activities.
 - Respond to client queries promptly and ensure a high standard of service delivery.
 
Market & Transaction Support
Help source and compare investment solutions based on client needs.Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of applications and transactions.Maintain up-to-date records of client portfolios and correspondence.Track and follow up on outstanding quotations, payments, and documentation.Administrative & Analytical Tasks
Prepare presentation decks, market comparisons, and policy summaries for client meetings.Assist in data entry, reporting, and account maintenance in CRM systems.Support the preparation of broking slips, policy schedules, and renewal reports.Monitor policy expiry dates and assist with renewal reminders.Team Collaboration
Work closely with senior brokers and relationship managers on day-to-day operations.Coordinate with compliance, operations, and finance teams to ensure documentation accuracy.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.1-3 years of experience in insurance, brokerage, banking, or financial services preferred (fresh graduates with strong interest may also apply).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good organisational and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability and professionalism.Added Advantages
