Description : Manage
daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to
emails, and handling correspondence.
Maintain
and update company records, databases, and filing
systems.
Assist in the preparation and
processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expense
reports.
Handle customer inquiries, bookings,
and reservations in a timely and professional manner.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by
management.
Requirements :
Min 2 years of working experience in administration and
accounting support.
Proficient in Microsoft
Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with accounting software
(Xero).
Strong organizational and multitasking
abilities.
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
